I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's degree from the University of Maryland. For over twenty years, I’ve been in private practice providing mental health services for adults and adolescents.

My team and I are here to help you define your path ahead by gaining insight as to what exactly you’re experiencing, how you got here, and where you want to go. We provide you with concrete, practical tools to bridge the gap between gaining insight and making meaningful changes to live the exceptional life you deserve.

In our practice, we believe the best outcomes are created by treating the whole human, not just the mind and its many narratives.

Clients come to us with challenges associated with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationships or intimacy. It often feels these issues are solely manifestations of the mind, and if we could “fix” the mind, we could “fix” the problems.

Improving lifestyle habits, optimizing nutrition, managing stress, and strengthening connections to self and others are just as important as addressing psychological concerns. 

We use evidence-based practices and teach practical tools so you leave feeling deeply content, healthier and better equipped to deal with the stress of our modern world.

We also understand that you may need support in between sessions from time to time. As part of our commitment to continuity of care, we make ourselves available to you for brief check-ins when and if needed.

Some clients are best served by collaborating with additional providers. We have a network of prescribers, nutritionists, and other treatment professionals that we collaborate with in order to address any underlying factors that may be contributing to your discomfort. 

When appropriate, we encourage our clients to identify and strengthen their support system. By facilitating therapy sessions with partners, parents, or children, we can help to open lines of communication between you and the key members of your inner circle.
